A 13-year-old British boy has died days after testing optimistic for COVID-19, hospital officers and his household stated on Tuesday, with family saying he had no underlying diseases.
The boy, who died Monday, is believed to be Britain’s youngest confirmed demise within the coronavirus pandemic. A 12-year-old woman, whose demise was confirmed earlier on Tuesday in Belgium, is regarded as Europe’s youngest sufferer.
