Alleged Electoral Fraud: Court Grants Prof Ignatius Uduk Bail

A professor who’s standing trial for alleged electoral offences throughout the 2019 common elections in Akwa Ibom State has been granted bail by the State High Court sitting in Uyo.

Professor Uduk was accused of attempting to rig the 2019 Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial District election. Several makes an attempt by INEC to arraign him weren’t profitable as he went into hiding.
