The embattled Chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina has returned to Nigeria to face his ongoing cash laundering trial
Maina was arrested in Niger republic after he jumped bail.
He was acquired by males of the Nigeria Police Force on the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on Thursday.
The plane carrying the previous Chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Team landed on the Airport at 2.15 pm.
Mr. Maina is standing trial for alleged cash laundering to the tune of two billion naira.
Speaking with journalists, the Commissioner of Police in control of Interpol stated Mr Maina was introduced again to Nigeria on the directive of the IGP, Mohammed Adamu.
