The Nigeria Police Pressure on Monday arraigned infamous kidnap suspect, Bala Hamisu, also called Wadume and 18 others for terrorism, homicide, kidnapping, and possession of unlawful arms.
Wadume is being arraigned earlier than Justice Binta Nyanko on the Federal Excessive Courtroom in Abuja.
He arrived on the courtroom alongside his co-defendants amidst tight safety by the Inspector-Normal of Police Intelligence Response Staff.
The police had on February three, 2020, slammed a 16-count cost on the suspects.
This was after Wadume was allegedly assisted to flee on August 6, 2019, by troopers connected to Battalion 93, Takum, led by Balarabe. Wadume escaped when the policemen, who arrested him, had been attacked by the troops.
Three policemen and two civilians had been killed throughout the incident, whereas 5 different law enforcement officials had been injured.
Wadume was rearrested 13 days later in his hideout in Kano.
