The duo was arrested on Sunday, December thirteenth, following a live performance at Ddungu resort in Munyonyo with massive crowds whereas the nation is on lockdown.
Omah Lay and Tems had been remanded in totally different prisons until Wednesday, December sixteenth, following their arraignment earlier than the Makindye Division courtroom in Kampala on Monday.
Omah Lay was remanded at Kitalya jail and Ms Tems at Kigo jail.
However, all expenses against them have now been dropped and the Chief Magistrate Court has issued a launch order.
