The Cross-River State Authorities has begun the mass manufacturing and distribution of nostril masks freed from cost to residents of the state.
The manufacturing and subsequent distribution of the masks is in accordance with an govt order by the state governor, Professor Ben Ayade that no one be allowed in public locations with out sporting a nostril masks.
