DPR Fingers Over OML 98 To NPDC

 

The Division OF Petroleum Sources (DPR) has handed over the Oil Mining Licence (OML) 98 to the Nigerian Petroleum Improvement Firm (NPDC), the upstream unit of the Nigeria Nationwide Petroleum Company (NNPC).
