The Premier League is contemplating screening some behind-closed-doors matches on free-to-air tv in Britain when the season restarts, the tradition secretary has stated.
Sky Sports activities and BT maintain the UK tv rights for reside Premier League matches in what stays of the 2019/20 season, which is at present suspended as a result of coronavirus pandemic.
Tradition Secretary Oliver Dowden stated there had been “productive conversations” with sporting our bodies about how they might resume exercise within the occasion of restrictions being relaxed.

“There’s all sorts of creative options within that but it is something they should be considering, and they have said they are.”
