JUST IN: Court Sentences Man To Death For Killing Uber Driver

An FCT excessive courtroom has sentenced one Mister Obinna Echanu to dying by hanging for killing an Uber driver.
Obinna was standing trial alongside one Mister Everly Nnerun for allegedly conspiring to kill the Uber driver recognized as Edwin Ali on December twenty sixth, 2016 alongside the Abuja airport highway.

The accused had been charged with 5 counts which embody armed theft, conspiracy, unlawful possession of firearms and culpable murder.
Delivering his judgment, Justice Peter Kekemeke discharged and acquitted Nnerun for lack of proof by the prosecutor, which is the Nigerian Police, however convicted Echanu and sentenced him to dying by hanging as his counsel didn’t show his innocence earlier than the courtroom.
