The House of Representatives has handed a decision to ask the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Mahmood Yakubu to transient the House on the price of conducting direct primaries within the nation.
The movement to ask the INEC boss was raised by Representative Leke Abejide who knowledgeable the House that it was essential to handle the rumours of the price of the direct primaries.
The INEC Chairman is to look earlier than the Committees on Appropriations and Electoral Matters to talk on the problem.
Abejide stated there are rumours that it’ll value N500 billion to conduct direct primaries.
