Kano State Government Vows To Continue N3.4bn Probe Involving Emir Sanusi

 

 

The Kano State authorities says it is going to proceed the investigation into the alleged monetary misappropriation of over three.four billion naira towards Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II.

Mr Muhyi Magaji Rimingado, the manager chairman of Kano State public complaints and anti-corruption fee reaffirmed this whereas reacting to the ruling of the Federal Excessive Courtroom in Kano that quashed the interim investigation report.

At a press convention on Monday, February 24,  Mr Rimingado acknowledged that although the courtroom has nullified the report on the idea of non-invitation of the Emir, his fee will go forward with its investigation and invite Emir Sanusi in compliance with the courtroom ruling.

He added that an alternative choice obtainable to the Kano State authorities is to attraction the judgment as there are quite a few grounds for attraction.
