The Presidency has condemned stories linking President Muhammadu Buhari to the dethronement of HRH Muhammadu Sanusi II from the place of Emir of Kano.
In an announcement, the Senior Particular Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu referred to such stories as unfair and unfaithful.
He mentioned that the President has no involvement in anyway within the dethronement of HRH Muhammadu Sanusi II, including that each one such insinuations are unfaithful, malicious and politically motivated.
In keeping with him, the President doesn’t have a historical past of intervening within the affairs of any state within the nation until the problem at hand is of nationwide consequence.
