The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Yemi Akinwonmi, has stated that no quantity of menace from anybody will trigger the get together to cease its deliberate National Convention on October 30 and 31.

The letter said partly that: “pending the determination of the appeal filed by Prince Uche Secondus, (seeking to restrain the holding of its national convention), the PDP would be embarking upon a collision cause with the court if it proceeds to hold the convention before the hearing and determination of the application”.

Akinwonmi had been appointed because the appearing National Chairman of the get together in September since a courtroom order restrained Uche Secondus from the position over allegations of poor management.
