Oshiomhole’s Suspension: Lawyer Drags Kano Court Judge To NJC


A lawyer, Andrew Emwanta has filed a grievance towards a decide of the Federal Excessive Courtroom In Kano, Justice Lewis Allagoa, for alleged misconduct as a presiding decide.

Justice Allagoa on Thursday put aside a ruling of the FCT Excessive Courtroom suspending the Nationwide Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.

In keeping with a petition filed by Mr Emwanta and obtained by Channels Tv, the interim order by justice Allagoa was hurriedly granted in favour of the defendants within the swimsuit, lower than 24 hours after Mr Oshiomhole was stopped by an injunction from Justice Danlemi Senchi, from parading himself because the APC Nationwide Chairman.

He acknowledged that justice Allagoa’s ruling has inflicted a transitional disaster within the Nationwide Headquarters of the APC.
