The Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami, disclosed this on Thursday in Abuja whereas briefing State House correspondents.

He spoke on the sixth version of the ministerial briefing organised by the Presidential Media Team on the Presidential Villa within the nation’s capital.
