Police Rescue Eight Kidnapped Travellers In Kaduna, Recover AK-47

Police operatives hooked up to Operation Puff Adder have rescued eight individuals who had been kidnapped by bandits within the Giwa native authorities space of Kaduna state.

The victims had been kidnapped alongside the Zaria –Kaduna expressway aboard an expensive bus on February 29, 2021, whereas they had been on their solution to Delta state.

A press release by the spokesman of the Kaduna state police command Mohammed Jalige, says males of the Operation Puff Adder hooked up to the command throughout a patrol on Monday intercepted a gaggle of bandits who had some kidnapped victims with them alongside Galidamawa and Kidandan Areas of Giwa Local Government.

According to him,  the troops recovered one (1)AK-47 rifle deserted by the bandits, eight victims together with one feminine was rescued unharmed.

The command spokesman stated that on sighting the operatives, the bandits took to their heels abandoning their victims.

And on sighting the operatives, the bandits took to their heels abandoning their victims.

Jalige additional explains that the troops additionally recovered one (1)AK-47 rifle deserted by the bandits whereas the eight victims one feminine had been rescued unharmed.
