The Rivers State Police Command has uncovered a baby trafficking facility, also referred to as, a ‘baby factory’ within the Woji space of Portharcourt, the Rivers State Capital.
A spokesman for the command, Nnamdi Omoni explains that in a covert operation which lasted for hours, 23 infants between the ages of 1 and two have been rescued.

Mr Omoni additionally revealed that 4 pregnant youngsters have been additionally saved.
The police spokesman additional said that the victims have been wanting “frail and malnourished” and had been hospitalized.
He stated investigations are ongoing to establish these chargeable for the power.
