Protests on Sunday rocked Kastina State over the kidnapping of many schoolboys from the Government Science Secondary School, Kankara within the Kankara Local Government Area of the state
The protesters, principally ladies, demanded the immediate rescue of scholars kidnapped by bandits on Friday evening.
Carrying placards, the protesters went across the faculty’s premises and a few elements of the city conveying numerous messages.
Some of the inscriptions on the placards embrace: ‘Government must speak out’, ‘We want our children back’ and ‘We want security in Kankara’.
Meanwhile, Governor Aminu Masari has confirmed that 300 and thirty-three college students are lacking following an assault on Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina.
The governor gave the determine when he obtained a Federal Government delegation led by the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno on Sunday.
